Jay Naidoo

Is a freedom fighter with a longstanding history of social justice activism. He was the founding General Secretary of the Congress of South African Trade Unions and served as a Minister in President Nelson Mandela’s first democratic Cabinet. He has championed the cause of vulnerable communities globally and served in a number of United Nations and other international committees. He sits currently on the board of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation advancing Good Governance and Excellence in Leadership in Africa.

A critical challenge is changing the human being and understanding what it means to be Human. That meaning of life purpose can only be achieved by the journey from the head to the heart as Tata Madiba often said to us. I will explore my personal journey.”
